This is an excellent opportunity for a Power BI Developer to join a growing analytics function that is investing heavily in data, reporting, and customer insight. You will have the chance to take ownership of business-critical reporting, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help shape how data is used across a large, customer-focused organisation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The BI Developer will:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Develop and optimise semantic models in Power BI
• Write DAX measures and calculations to support business reporting
• Gather requirements and translating stakeholder needs into reporting solutions
• Work closely with marketing, CRM, digital product, and commercial teams
• Support ad hoc reporting and insight requests
• Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and governance standards
• Deliver user training and promoting best practice across reporting and analytics
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data utilisation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience developing solutions in Power BI
• Advanced DAX skills
• SQL experience for data analysis and reporting
• Experience building semantic models and business-facing dashboards
• Confidence managing stakeholders and gathering requirements
• Experience translating business challenges into reporting solutions
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
