Braze Campaign Manager
BRAZE CAMPAIGN MANAGER
- 3 day per week contract
- 6 month duration
- Fully remote (Must be UK Based)
- £280 per day (IR35 tbc)
We're looking for a Braze Campaign Manager to join a global client of ours and step in during a period of transition. Due to having a lean permanent team, our client need a freelancer to manage Braze campaign activity and ensure continuity for their investor communications.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of CRM delivery, liaising closely with both internal teams and external clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and deliver regular CRM campaigns through Braze, focused on investor engagement
- Own the full end-to-end campaign process
- Liaise with external clients to advise on upcoming investor campaigns and ensure smooth execution
- Support the marketing team by bringing Braze expertise and filling the CRM knowledge gap
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to maintain campaign performance and effectiveness
Key Skills & Experience
- Hands-on Braze experience is essential
- Confident running end-to-end CRM campaigns
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple sends and audiences
- Familiarity with Liquid and Content Cards is a bonus
- Proactive, collaborative communicator, able to work with internal teams and external partners
- Experience in both B2C CRM environments and investor-focused comms is ideal
