Business Intelligence Analyst

BI Analyst

Location: London | Permanent Role

Working Model: Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office

I'm currently representing my client, who is looking for a BI Analyst to support reporting, data analysis and the development of automated data solutions.

The Role:

• Produce accurate analytical reports and recurring insights.
• Develop automated workflows and improve reporting processes.
• Analyse, integrate and validate complex datasets.
• Build Power BI dashboards to support business decisions.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power BI skills, including DAX.
• Experience with data modelling, reporting and data quality.
• Working knowledge of Python and R.
• Ability to analyse complex data and communicate insights clearly.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience automating reporting processes.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms, Microsoft Fabric or AI.
• Experience in data-intensive or regulated environments.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-300 or DP-600
