THE ROLE

As an SEO Manager, you will own and drive SEO performance for a high traffic e-commerce site, delivering organic growth through technical optimisation, content strategy, and data driven insights.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Own and drive SEO performance for a key website, focusing on traffic growth and revenue impact.
  • Develop and execute the SEO roadmap in line with wider digital strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research, opportunity analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve site performance.
  • Optimise site structure, content, and internal linking to enhance discoverability.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, PR, and development teams to support campaign delivery.
  • Lead and develop junior team members, supporting performance and engagement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful SEO Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial experience in SEO within an e commerce or digital environment.
  • Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, and optimisation techniques.
  • Experience with keyword strategy, content optimisation, and link building.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and extract insights.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for SEO and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
