Senior Data Analyst
We're partnered with a high-growth, mission-led tech company in the subscription and marketplace space, backed by recent investment and valued at over $100M. They're scaling fast, expanding their product and data capabilities, and preparing for an exciting exit event within the next couple of years - meaning the equity on offer has real value.
This is a key hire in a small but growing data team that's helping the business become more data-driven, shaping how product and customer decisions are made. You'll be joining a close-knit, passionate team that truly loves what they do and the community they're building.
The RoleYou'll join as a Senior Data Analyst focused on Member / Customer Experience, working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams. Your work will directly impact metrics like churn, renewal rates, and lifetime value, driving insights that improve the customer journey from start to finish.
You'll:

Partner with product teams to run and analyse experiments and validate hypotheses.

Use data to understand behaviours that drive renewals and retention.

Deliver compelling storytelling and actionable insights that shape strategy.

Help define what great data culture looks like across the business.

Advanced SQL skills.

Proven experience in product and customer analytics - experimentation, churn/LTV/retention analysis.

Background in subscription-based, marketplace or tech-driven environments.

Confident communicator and self-starter, able to influence non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with tools like Mode, Amplitude, DBT, Python or R is beneficial (not essential).

Equity with upcoming exit - real potential for payout in 1-2 years.
