The Role You will sit in a central text analysis team working across the business. Key responsibilities include: * Analysing large scale, unstructured text and interaction data to understand user behaviour. * Evaluating AI features, including prompts and model outputs, and defining what good looks like. * Applying NLP, semantic analysis, classification and regression techniques to drive product insight. * Partnering with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap with clear, evidence led recommendations. * Owning analysis end to end, from problem definition to measurable impact.

Your Skills & Experience * Strong Python and SQL skills in a product focused data science or analytics role. * Hands on experience with NLP, semantic analysis, or large scale text data. * Experience working on AI or ML driven products in a B2B SaaS or scale up environment. * A pragmatic, impact focused mindset with confidence owning problems end to end.
