THE COMPANY

This organisation is a global consultancy operating across financial services and regulated industries. They support clients with complex regulatory, legal and financial challenges, using advanced data analytics and AI to deliver large-scale investigative and remediation programmes. The forensics function is a growing, specialist team working on high-profile, data-intensive engagements.

THE ROLE

This is a senior leadership role combining hands-on delivery with team management and business development. You will lead complex data and AI-led forensic engagements while building client relationships and supporting the growth of the practice.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Leading and delivering forensic data analytics and AI-driven investigations in regulated environments
  • Managing and mentoring a team of data professionals across multiple projects
  • Acting as a senior client contact, providing clear insight, reporting and recommendations
  • Driving business development activity, including client development and proposal work
  • Overseeing end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion and engineering through to modelling and insight

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Forensics Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience delivering analytics and AI solutions within a regulated environment (e.g. financial services, fraud, credit or lending)
  • Background in forensic analytics, regulatory investigations or financial/legal risk
  • Proven people management experience, leading and developing technical teams
  • Demonstrable involvement in business development or client growth activities
  • Hands-on technical capability with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Strong programming and data skills, including SQL and Python, with experience using modern data platforms such as Databricks
  • Typically, 8+ years' experience in a high-performing analytics or consulting environment
