This organisation is a global consultancy operating across financial services and regulated industries. They support clients with complex regulatory, legal and financial challenges, using advanced data analytics and AI to deliver large-scale investigative and remediation programmes. The forensics function is a growing, specialist team working on high-profile, data-intensive engagements.
THE ROLE
This is a senior leadership role combining hands-on delivery with team management and business development. You will lead complex data and AI-led forensic engagements while building client relationships and supporting the growth of the practice.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leading and delivering forensic data analytics and AI-driven investigations in regulated environments
- Managing and mentoring a team of data professionals across multiple projects
- Acting as a senior client contact, providing clear insight, reporting and recommendations
- Driving business development activity, including client development and proposal work
- Overseeing end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion and engineering through to modelling and insight
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior Forensics Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience delivering analytics and AI solutions within a regulated environment (e.g. financial services, fraud, credit or lending)
- Background in forensic analytics, regulatory investigations or financial/legal risk
- Proven people management experience, leading and developing technical teams
- Demonstrable involvement in business development or client growth activities
- Hands-on technical capability with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Strong programming and data skills, including SQL and Python, with experience using modern data platforms such as Databricks
- Typically, 8+ years' experience in a high-performing analytics or consulting environment
