Wimbledon, London HQ Office | Full-time, Office-Based until 6 months probation passed then drops down to 4 days in office

What You'll Be Doing

As an Associate Consultant, you'll learn the foundations of recruitment and build your own specialist market. Your day-to-day will include:

• Sourcing top-tier candidates through networking, headhunting and market research
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Working towards clear performance targets with the support of experienced mentors
• Developing deep knowledge of the Data & Analytics market
• Work alongside some of the highest-performing recruiters in the industry
