About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that solve complex product and business challenges. You will work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to design engaging user experiences from concept through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design thinking, user research, and crafting high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and design concepts to support product development and user testing.
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred design solutions.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, standards, and accessibility guidelines.
• Translate user insights and business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Communicate design rationale and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, and industry trends to improve user experiences.
• Manage design priorities across multiple projects and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Product Design and User Experience Design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience analysing user data and translating insights into design improvements.
• Understanding of the product development life cycle and agile environments.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
• Experience working with modern interactive technologies and digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects and impact.
