The Opportunity

We're looking for a Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of cyber security across a complex organisation, reporting directly to senior leadership and leading the development of cyber security capabilities.

This is a broad role combining strategic influence with operational responsibility, offering the opportunity to shape the cyber security roadmap whilst remaining involved in key security activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cyber security function
• Manage and mentor a Cyber Security Analyst
• Oversee Security Operations and Incident Response
• Drive Vulnerability Management and remediation activities
• Manage and enhance security tooling and controls
• Support cyber security strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Promote cyber resilience and security awareness across the organisation

About You

You'll ideally have experience in:

• Cyber Security Management, Cyber Security Leadership or Security Operations Management
• Incident Response and Security Operations
• Vulnerability Management
• Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security technologies
• SIEM and security monitoring tools
• Security governance and cyber resilience
• Frameworks such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials or NIST
