We're seeking a hands-on Business Systems Manager to lead a complex applications landscape, support international teams, and drive the roadmap for a future ERP transformation programme.
This isn't just a support role. You'll work with senior stakeholders, manage third-party vendors, lead offshore teams, and play a key role in evaluating and implementing the next generation of business systems.
What you'll do:
Lead and evolve the business systems function.
Manage ERP platforms, applications, vendors and support partners.
Drive continuous improvement across global operations.
Lead future ERP transformation and implementation initiatives.
Develop and mentor offshore application support teams.
What we're looking for:
Experience leading ERP or business systems environments.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
A proactive, relationship-focused leader.
Experience with SAP, JD Edwards, Dynamics, Infor or similar ERP platforms is beneficial, but not essential.
Someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. xehkeey
