The Opportunity
We're looking for a Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of cyber security across a complex organisation, reporting directly to senior leadership and leading the development of cyber security capabilities.
This is a broad role combining strategic influence with operational responsibility, offering the opportunity to shape the cyber security roadmap whilst remaining involved in key security activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the cyber security function
Manage and mentor a Cyber Security Analyst
Oversee Security Operations and Incident Response
Drive Vulnerability Management and remediation activities
Manage and enhance security tooling and controls
Support cyber security strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Promote cyber resilience and security awareness across the organisation
About You
You'll ideally have experience in:
Cyber Security Management, Cyber Security Leadership or Security Operations Management
Incident Response and Security Operations
Vulnerability Management
Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security technologies
SIEM and security monitoring tools
Security governance and cyber resilience
Frameworks such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials or NIST
