Digital and Data Development Officer

Role Overview

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Design, build, and maintain low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and CRM workflows.
• Support digital transformation and process improvement across services.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver user-friendly solutions.

Key Requirements

• Degree (preferably STEM) or Level 4 Data Analyst qualification.
• Experience with Power BI and low-code solutions.
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of data governance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

Desirable

• Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• CRM development experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL, or data warehouse techniques.

Contract: Until July, with potential extension
