Business Process Architect

Role Overview We're seeking a skilled Business Architect to design, model, and optimise critical business processes for a leading UK organisation. Responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end business processes aligned with the target operating model.
• Translate customer and user journeys into detailed process flows and service interactions.
• Develop clear process models using industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN).
• Drive process standardisation, simplification, and automation.
• Facilitate workshops to validate designs and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Link process designs to application and system architecture for seamless implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Process Architecture, Business Analysis, or Operational Design.
• Background in regulated industries or high-volume sales/service environments.
• Experience designing processes within digitally enabled businesses.
• Skilled in enterprise-level process design for large-scale transformations.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools and BPMN or equivalent standards.
• Ability to navigate complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.

What you'll get in return

• An initial 5 Months Contract
• £550 per day outside IR35
