Test Analyst

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support a major project within the transport and logistics sector. The assignment involves replicating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) application for one of our client's end customer, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WMS and Transport Management systems.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple environments.
• Validate data flows and system interfaces between WMS and Transport Management platforms.
• Perform defect management, including logging, tracking, and retesting fixes.
• Ensure test documentation is accurate and maintained in line with project standards.
• Drive standardisation of testing processes, aligning with TMMi certification best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in complex supply chain or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and Oracle Transport Management.
• Strong understanding of structured testing methodologies and frameworks (TMMi preferred).
• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with occasional travel (expenses covered).

What you'll get in return

• 6-Month Contract
• £400 - 500 per day rate outside IR35
• Remote working with the occasional on-site visit (expenses can be claimed)
