3rd Line Technical Analyst - Contract

We're looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Technical Analyst to support a live operational environment across Traffic & Waterways.

Key responsibilities:

• 2nd/3rd line support and incident investigation
• Infrastructure and networking support
• Cyber vulnerability tracking and remediation
• IT asset management
• Coordinating suppliers and on-site technical works, including UPS installations
• Driving technical issues and actions through to completion

You'll need a strong infrastructure, networking and IT support background, with the confidence to challenge and manage third-party suppliers. OT or Critical National Infrastructure experience would be beneficial.

Must have experience working in a logistics or operational organisation.
