Your new role
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line support to staff across the organisation. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly to IT queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ensure all support requests are accurately logged, prioritised, and resolved or assigned in a timely manner.
  • Monitor ticket flow from initial logging through to successful resolution, maintaining service standards.
  • Identify and escalate wider issues or emerging patterns that may impact service delivery.
  • Setting up accounts and equipment for new starters and processing leavers.
  • Fulfilling requests for IT equipment and software, including shipping and tracking.
  • Coordinating stock and managing movement of IT deliveries.
  • Building and configuring IT equipment to meet business requirements.
  • Performing end-user systems administration tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of assets and stock levels.
  • Creating, updating, and managing technical documentation and user guidance materials.
