Project Support Administrator

About the role

As a PMO Support, you will be part of the Data Portfolio Team and will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our non-perm headcount requests, governance and reporting. In addition, the role provides key support to other project related tasks across the team. This role is key to ensure effective governance of the data portfolio, financial controls, budget and resource management across the Data functions.

Our client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Data Portfolio Team, please read on! You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Shifts: Full time- 37.5 hours a week

The must haves:

  • PMO support experience
  • Process improvement and experience of embedding new processes
  • Creative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement
  • Good analytical skills
  • Reporting- covering data collection, in-depth analysis, research and report preparation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • A daily rate, in-scope IR35 , £245.00 PAYE or £250.00 (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
