Head Resourcing is delighted to be supporting one of Scotland's biggest success stories as they look to hire an experienced M365 Copilot Training and Adoption Specialist to join their digital team in Glasgow. This role will require office-based working and travel across our clients main sites in Scotland.

This role focuses on helping colleagues build confidence and capability in modern workplace technologies, making our clients teams become better, faster, and more effective in the way they work. Collaborating with teams from across the organisation, you will identify improvement opportunities, deliver practical learning solutions, and support the successful adoption of new tools and processes across M365 and Copilot in particular.

Essential skills:

• Demonstrable experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and modern workplace technologies
• Ability to support adoption, not just classroom training
• First class facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience creating learning content for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building champion networks or communities of practise
• Ability to travel regularly across central Scotland with a full UK drivers license
