EPM Solutions Consultant

EPM Solutions Consultant - United Kingdom (Remote)

Type: Full-Time

A respected consultancy in the Enterprise Performance Management space is looking for an EPM Solutions Consultant to join its UK team. This role blends finance expertise with modern planning technology, giving you the chance to help organisations upgrade how they budget, forecast, and report.

It suits someone with a strong finance background and hands-on experience with tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Board, or similar. If you enjoy solving problems, engaging with senior stakeholders, and showing how smarter planning tools can replace spreadsheet-heavy processes, this could be a great next step.

What You'll Do

  • Lead discovery sessions with finance teams to understand their planning and reporting challenges
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of modern EPM technology, showcasing best-practice FP&A processes
  • Translate finance requirements into high-level solution designs
  • Partner with the sales team on proposals, scoping, and solution architecture
  • Build strong relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, and FP&A leaders
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, and documentation required during the presales cycle
  • Represent the organisation at client events, demos, and webinars

What You Bring

  • A solid finance background (CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one EPM/CPM tool – Workday Adaptive Planning is ideal, but experience with Anaplan, Board, or IBM Planning Analytics is also valuable
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and planning cycles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence working with senior finance stakeholders in a presales setting
  • Experience supporting or delivering planning tool demonstrations
  • A curious mindset and interest in modern finance technologies

Why It's a Great Opportunity

  • Work with a team of qualified finance and EPM specialists who understand FP&A realities
  • Join a consultancy known for strong delivery and supportive culture
  • Hybrid flexibility with UK-wide client exposure
  • A role where your ideas and insight directly influence client outcomes
  • Clear development pathway with ongoing training
