CAFM Change Manager

Change Management - CAFM Solutions - Public Sector - Manchster / North West Hybrid (3 days onsite)
I am working with a public sector who has multiple offices across the North West and needs a Change Manager on an onging CAFM Transformation programme.
Successful candidates will take ownership of change management activities within this CAFM programme. The focus will be on managing changes to the CAFM Critical Data Set (CCDS) and related workflows, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in change management within CAFM, with knowledge and experience of Concept Evolution a distinct bonus
• Strong understanding of CCDS governance and workflow design.
• Experience of workflow optimisation and process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for change control.
