We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer service focused IT Support Technicians to join our clients fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the support desk by answering calls, chats, and resolving IT issues
• Provide excellent service to a varied client base and escalate tickets when needed
• Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, and network troubleshooting

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, 365, Azure)
• Experience with network troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Proven troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication skills

It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working in a MSP environment.
