Salary: £50,000-£70,000 base (£100,000+ OTE) + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing IT solutions business with a strong reputation for delivering award-winning services across cloud, networking, AI, and cybersecurity. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building high-value pipelines, and shaping the commercial approach across core strategic pillars.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will combine proactive outbound prospecting with consultative selling to acquire new customers across multiple verticals, including hospitality, professional services, and not-for-profits. You will lead discovery sessions, prepare outcome-driven proposals, and deliver solution presentations, working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and partner teams to maximise opportunities.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across target mid-market sector
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored proposals with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Partner teams to leverage campaigns and co-sell programs
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
- Meet or exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and margin
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity management

Sales Manager Requirements :
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who brings:
- Proven track record in new business acquisition within IT, MSP, or cloud solutions
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystems (Azure, M365, Security)
- Experience building and managing a pipeline, and driving consultative solution sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, organised, and performance-focused
