Hiscox is looking for an experienced Blue Team Leader to join our Cyber Fusion Centre, leading the defensive cybersecurity capability protecting a global insurance organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on cyber security leader with experience in:

✔ Security Operations / SOC leadership

✔ Incident Response

✔ SIEM & Detection Engineering

✔ EDR/XDR technologies

✔ Threat Detection & Monitoring

✔ Coaching and mentoring analysts

You’ll work closely with Red Team, Cyber Delivery and senior stakeholders to continuously improve cyber defence capabilities, incident response maturity and detection coverage across the business.
