Business Insight Lead

My leading Insurance client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to be responsible for transforming data into meaningful business insight that drives decision-making, strategic planning and operational performance across the organisation. You'll play an essential part in delivering the organisations' Data Strategy by identifying opportunities to maximise the value of data, answering complex business questions, and providing trusted insight that supports senior leaders in making informed decisions.

The following skills/experience is required:

• Significant experience delivering business insight, analytics and data-driven recommendations within a commercial environment.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of a Data Strategy or data transformation programme.
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Maths or Computer Science degree
• Experience working for an Insurance firm is desirable, not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available
