  • Define and document solution designs, requirements and processes to support new MVNO opportunities and integration into the host operator's technology estate.
  • Assess the impact of technology designs on Wholesale services and MVNO capabilities, recommending changes to technology, processes and organisational practices where required.
  • Build strong relationships with partner technical teams, third-party suppliers and internal design and delivery teams.
  • Ensure cost-effective and efficient design, testing and integration of partner solutions.
  • Lead delivery across IT and Networks for MVNO technical changes.
  • Contribute to technology strategies and roadmaps for the evolution of partner services.

  • Experience aligning solution designs with strategic objectives, architectural standards and business constraints.
  • An understanding of APIs, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and domain-driven design, including integration approaches that support scalability and agility.
  • The ability to embed secure-by-design principles throughout solution design, build and testing.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, senior stakeholders, MVNO partners and external suppliers.
