Technical Account Manager – Tewkesbury HQ + Global Travel)

On-site 3–4 days?| Hybrid working available

Salary: Up to £35,000 + performance bonus!

What you’ll do

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of well reputable B2B clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Lead projects end-to-end—scoping, quoting, onsite delivery and post-show review—to ensure flawless execution.
  • Spot and convert growth opportunities, expanding spend and service lines across your accounts.
  • Support Partnerships team in hitting revenue & retention targets and reporting on KPIs.
  • Act as the high-valued-bridge between sales, creative, technical and warehouse teams, guaranteeing the right products/kit, on time, every time.
  • Attend UK & occasional international venues (some evening?/ weekend work during peak seasons).

What you’ll bring

  • Proven background in technical account management or client-facing roles with commercial targets.
  • Confident juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment and hitting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—you relish presenting ideas, negotiating and guiding senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and data-led decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and live event support.
  • Nice-to-haves: prior experience in events, exhibitions or audio visual equipment (AV); familiarity with CRM and KPI reporting; working knowledge of H&S and sustainable event standards.
