Role Type: 4 months Contract INSIDE IR35 - could be extended
Salary: Depending on experience (£450-£475 GBP Per day INSIDE IR35)

Overview:
The Estates Data & Systems team's mission is to serve as an agile enabler and assurer to Client Estates in delivering its strategy through the whole data life cycle for reliable, validated, and assured data, systems and insight. This is in part achieved through the delivery of the Estates Data & Systems Strategy, considering the Client Digital and Client Estate Strategies in its formulation.
Client Estates is looking for an experienced Estates Systems Manager to join our Estates Data & Systems Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective management, governance, and continuous improvement of our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems and digital estate solutions.
As Estates Systems Manager, you will coordinate system and data governance, manage stakeholder relationships, and support the development and delivery of our CAFM strategy. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and digital partners to ensure seamless collaboration and system enhancements.
This role also includes deputizing for the G7 Systems Lead, offering strategic and operational support across business-as-usual (BAU) and Workplace Services (WPS) priorities.
Purpose of Role:
Lead and deliver change management activities for the CAFM programme, with a strong emphasis on owning changes to the CAFM Critical Data Set (CCDS) and associated workflows. Ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems, driving assurance and stakeholder engagement to enable a smooth transition to the future operating state.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management & Governance.
Collaborate with Technical Owner (Transformation Lead) and own the change control process for CCDS updates, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics.
Workflow Ownership
Facilitate the Design and functional changes to maintain CAFM workflows. Act as a trusted advisor to business functional leads, securing commitment to change. Deliver coaching and guidance to stakeholders at all levels to build capability and confidence in new ways of working aligned to workflow processes.
Ensure seamless integration of CCDS-driven workflows with existing systems and operational procedures.
Communicate change clearly through tailored messaging and engagement plans.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in change management within CAFM, particularly Concept Evolution.
Strong understanding of CCDS governance and workflow design.
Expertise in workflow optimisation and process mapping.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for change control
