We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in Tech Sales, providing proactive support for all territory based accounts i.e. customers who do not have an assigned Client Director.

What does the role involve?

  • Overseeing, triaging and responding to the IPI Account Manager shared customer inbox
  • Creation of CRM (HubSpot) entries to trigger the presales support process
  • Creation of quotes with guidance from Client Director and Head of Client Management
  • Tracking and management of the order booking process for all Territory Account opportunities
  • Responsible for ensuring CRM is accurate for all Territory Accounts
  • Supports Client Director activities when required
  • Understands and sells IPI's products and/or services to, and maintains good relationships with customer contacts
  • Responsible for proactively gathering appropriate information from the customer to be able to articulate their needs
  • Acts as a sales point-of-contact for the Territory Accounts, representing the organisation to the customer and the customer to the organisation
  • Ensures HubSpot and associated forecast reporting is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Responsible for meeting assigned Sales Quota and updating pipeline and opportunities in HubSpot

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven track record of managing large numbers of customers in a SaaS technology business
  • Proficient in CRM navigation
  • Confident at articulating value propositions and offerings, with an appetite for continually developing knowledge
  • Takes ownership of understanding the Sales Compensation Plan
  • Demonstrates good relationship management skills across a volume of customers
  • Able to map customer needs to IPI solutions
  • Has the ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Approaches tasks with dynamism, drive and focus
  • Proven ability to engage and influence the customer
  • Demonstrates inquisitiveness to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Has the ability to engage and leverage internal resources across the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
