SEO & GEO Specialist

Our Hertfordshire based client is seeking a driven, commercially minded and experienced SEO & GEO Specialist, to join their fast-paced team. Ideally onsite or hybrid (min. 3 days pw onsite).

The successful candidate will take ownership of organic search strategies across a diverse client portfolio, combining traditional SEO expertise with cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to drive visibility, traffic and measurable growth.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and delivering SEO & GEO strategies across multiple client accounts.

• Optimising websites for Google, AI Overviews, SearchGPT and Perplexity.

• Conducting technical SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Managing on-page optimisation, local SEO and ethical link-building campaigns.

• Tracking performance through GA4 and Google Search Console.

• Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Proven SEO experience within a digital marketing agency.

• Strong technical SEO skills, including HTML, CSS and WordPress.

• Knowledge of AI-driven search and emerging GEO techniques.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.

• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, creative mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
