Want to lead user research for a major Public Sector digital transformation used by millions
You'll design and deliver the insight that shapes next-generation public services - influencing strategy, informing service decisions, and ensuring solutions are grounded in real user needs.
What you'll do- Lead user research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
- Plan and run qualitative & quantitative research across diverse user groups
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insight that shapes service direction
- Champion user needs across multidisciplinary teams
- Support GDS-aligned delivery and contribute to service assessments
- Strong experience working in UK Public Sector environments
- Deep understanding of GDS Service Standards
- Skilled across a range of research methods (qual + quant)
- Ability to engage vulnerable or hard-to-reach users
- SC-clearable (or existing clearance)
