Infused Solutions is recruiting a EIS Developer for a rapidly growing organisation. This role, based in London, offers a hybrid working model for flexibility and collaboration.

Role Overview:
Design and deliver a new core platform for a leading insurer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and configuring claims workflows.
• Develop business rules and integration's
• Collaborate with teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Get involved in Agile development
• Work across the EIS Suite
• Lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience developing with EIS Suite.
• Expertise integrating core insurance platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of insurance platforms like Guidewire.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
