- Be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning AWS solutions with business goals.
- Optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead operational reviews and service health assessments.
- Advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests.
- Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT).
- 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments.
- Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
