Our Teacher CPD Academy and in-person workshops are already used by hundreds of schools across the UK, and with 200% growth forecast this year, we’re scaling fast.
We’re now looking for a driven, ambitious Account Executive to join our London team and help take InnerDrive to the next level.

The Role
You’ll own a list of target schools based on our ICP, and using a combination of smart outreach, data insights, and consultative selling you'll start conversations that turn into lasting partnerships. You’ll be selling something that actually matters - helping schools improve teaching and learning - while developing your craft in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
What you’ll do:
- Build relationships and drive engagement with a targeted list of UK schools
- Use a mix of email, phone, and LinkedIn to create qualified opportunities
- Deliver high-impact demos and consultations with school leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed deal
- Track activity, conversion rates, and insights in our CRM
- Help refine our playbooks, messaging, and process as we scale
About You
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Have 1+ years in outbound SaaS or B2B sales (EdTech experience a bonus)
- Are competitive, proactive, and love seeing results you can measure
- Are consultative and curious - you listen before you pitch
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrive in a start-up environment : fast-moving, high-growth, and full of opportunity
- Care about making an impact in education as much as making commission
