E-commerce Manager (D2C) | Maidstone, Kent (On-site) | £35,000 - £45,000 We are working with a growing D2C brand that is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on e-commerce professional with experience working across direct-to-consumer brands and a strong understanding of digital marketing, content, and website performance.You’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive online sales and customer engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will manage digital campaigns, optimise web performance, and help grow the brand’s online presence.Role and Responsibilities

• Manage D2C e-commerce activity and site performance
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with product and content teams on website updates via CMS
• Analyse user behaviour to improve UX and conversions
• Oversee paid ad spend across Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Work closely with external agencies on performance marketing
• Report on digital performance and optimise campaigns accordingly

Essential Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, ideally in a D2C brand environment
• Solid understanding of email marketing and CMS tools
• Familiarity with PPC, Meta ads, and digital performance metrics
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data and external partners
