Instinct is proud to be working with a global education and accreditation body responsible for promoting best practice and providing oversight across an international membership community. Working closely with subject matter experts, you’ll reorganise and curate legacy learning materials into structured, branded pathways, establish consistent navigation, and ensure the platform is fit for assessment, certification, and tracking at an international scale.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic vision with hands-on technical capability, and who enjoys transforming dated systems into polished, modern digital learning environments.

- Ensure consistent branding, navigation, and learner experience across all content.
- Design or advise on assessment, testing, certification, and evidence-of-completion mechanisms.
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and align learning pathways to organisational goals.
- Contribute to a wider digital learning transformation project focused on quality, consistency, and usability.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience administering and configuring LMS/LXP platforms, ideally Moodle .
- Ability to assess platform quality and provide clear, evidence-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Understanding of effective learning design principles (without needing to build content).
- Experience transforming legacy digital learning content into structured learning pathways.
- Knowledge of assessment, certification, tracking, and Moodle-specific capabilities.
- Experience working with multilingual learning environments.
- Practical, hands-on problem solver who can get into the detail to diagnose issues.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working independently.
- Experience supporting organisations through digital learning or LMS transformation projects.
This is a brilliant opportunity to lead on an exciting, global project which will shape the learning offering of this organisation for many years to come. The contract will be fully remote, and they are ideally looking to get started on 8th January 2026.
