Data Migration Lead (Wholesale Lending) - £650 Per Day – Manchester(Hybrid) – Banking

Overview:

A leading organisation in the banking sector is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage the migration of data from the existing ACBS platform to Loan IQ, ensuring operational readiness and high data quality throughout the transformation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a Migration Pod, overseeing testing, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Lending and Technology teams to ensure accurate and aligned data and processes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, approvals, and operational readiness for system changes.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives.
• Support BAU implementation, provide on-site guidance, and co-manage offshore deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to global stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and loan management systems (ACBS, Loan IQ).
• Experience with test migrations, dry runs, and data validation.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Ability to drive operational readiness, process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills.

Rate & Duration:

• Up to £650 Per Day
• 6 Months (likely extensions)
• Hybrid Working
