Role Description

This is a New Business Sales role focused on originating, developing, and closing high-value opportunities across EMEA. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, qualifying and prioritising prospects, leading discovery, understanding client workflows, and driving deals from first conversation through to contract signature. You will work across banks, brokers, funds, and fintechs, positioning Integral's SaaS platform and explaining how our technology delivers workflow improvement, cost reduction, pricing transparency, and strategic advantage. You will collaborate closely with Product, Client Solutions, Liquidity Management, and senior leadership, but you own the commercial outcome end-to-end. Success in this role means consistently creating pipeline, progressing deals with urgency, and delivering new ARR through clear communication, value-based selling, and a deep understanding of FX and digital-asset workflows. This is a high-impact role with real visibility and strong upside potential.

Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for a high-calibre salesperson who is intelligent, commercially sharp, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You should be confident speaking to senior stakeholders, able to simplify complex workflows, and comfortable with both strategic conversations and hands-on execution. Key qualities include:

• Proven ability in new business sales, ideally in FX, trading technology, SaaS, or institutional fintech

• Strong commercial instincts with a value-led, consultative selling style

• Ability to originate opportunities and build pipeline

• Clear, concise communication and strong storytelling skills

• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to any audience

• High ownership mentality - proactive, organised, self-driven, and accountable

• Grit, resilience, and an ability to progress deals even in complex organisations

• Comfortable working with senior decision-makers across trading, treasury, risk, and technology

• Team-oriented but highly self-sufficient
