Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Storage

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Storage to manage, support and optimize enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in storage technologies, infrastructure operations, incident and problem management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor storage environments, analyze dashboards and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Handle incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support, escalations and issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Work in high-pressure environments and manage critical infrastructure issues.
• Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure operational procedures and infrastructure documentation are maintained.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Enterprise Storage and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Good understanding of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vendor management and technical escalations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
