Optimizely Configuration/Product Expert

A large programme within our client organisation is rolling out Optimizely (DAMS, CMP) and is building workflows for a key Business Area. They are trying to get the most out of the Optimizely product and understand the best way to configure the product. They are looking for subject matter experts with hands-on experience in this space who could support delivery. The expect expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Optimizely's platform for specific business needs, as well as providing expert guidance on its features and capabilities. Deep understanding of Optimizely's products, particularly related to content management, experimentation, and personalization is also required. This role would also be responsible for driving product adoption, developing training materials, and potentially contributing to the development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.

5 day Onsite in Edinburgh

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration and Customization:

• Implementing code, configuring settings, and customizing Optimizely solutions to meet specific business requirements.

Product Expertise:

• Developing a thorough understanding of Optimizely's platform, including Content Management System (CMS), Web Experimentation, Personalization, and Data Platform.

Guidance and Support:

• Providing expert guidance to internal teams and clients on how to best utilize Optimizely's features and functionalities.

Training and Enablement:

• Developing and delivering training materials and documentation to empower users to effectively utilize Optimizely.

Solution Development:

• Contributing to the development of reusable assets, innovative solutions, and best practices for Optimizely implementations.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize the user experience.

Product Strategy:

• Contributing to the development and execution of the product roadmap for specific areas within Optimizely's platform.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams, to ensure successful product delivery.

Communication:

• Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
