Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture discussions, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of Pega applications aligned with business requirements and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in Pega BPM/CRM application development.
  • Expertise in Case Management, Workflows, Decision Rules, Data Pages, UI Design, and Integrations.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and application performance tuning.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA) - Required
  • Additional Pega certifications are a plus.
