Senior Flutter lead with 8 or more years in mobile, and 4 or more in production Flutter and mobile architect for the Panel Member App. This person takes over an inflight app assess, diagnose, remediates and requires owning Flutter delivery end to end, with single point accountability for quality, defects, security and acceptance.

Experience
8+ years in mobile development
4+ years in Flutter
Led 2+ production Flutter apps.

Hands-on experience with release management and technical leadership

Essential Skills:

Flutter & Dart: 4+ years, production apps on iOS and Android
Mobile Architecture: State management, dependency injection, multi-tenant apps
API Integration: GraphQL and REST
Security: OAuth2/OIDC, Keycloak, biometrics, OWASP
Notifications: Firebase FCM/Azure Notification Hubs
CI/CD: Azure DevOps, App Store and Google Play releases
Testing: Unit, widget and integration testing
Code Refactoring: Experience taking over and improving existing Flutter applications
Technical Leadership: Architecture, code reviews and team leadership
Communication: Strong client and stakeholder communication
