We are seeking a senior Mainframe Performance & Scalability SME to lead a focused assessment of a large-scale IBM Mainframe environment. You'll analyse Db2, CICS, z/OS performance, workload management and capacity planning to identify scalability risks and optimisation opportunities. Experience with RMF, SMF, WLM, MSU consumption, performance tuning, observability and capacity diagnostics is essential. The role requires a hands-on consultant able to translate complex technical findings into practical recommendations, lead stakeholder workshops and distinguish evidence from assumption. Experience with IBM Z, TLS performance impacts and Mainframe monitoring tools such as OMEGAMON or MainView is highly desirable.
