SAP SuccessFactors ECP Lead/Senior Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead/Senior Consultant to join a leading London-based organisation on a permanent basis. This is a key role within a growing HR transformation team, responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimisation and support of SAP SuccessFactors ECP solutions. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders, driving best practice payroll processes, overseeing project delivery, and providing subject matter expertise across complex SuccessFactors environments.
Required Skills:
- Extensive SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience
- Lead Consultant or Solution Lead background
- End-to-end implementation and transformation experience
- Employee Central & ECP integration expertise
- UK payroll process knowledge
- Functional design, configuration and testing
- Data migration and payroll validation experience
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
- Integration and interface management
- Strong consulting, leadership and communication skills
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Type: Permanent
Travel: Occasional travel required as part of project and business activities.
