Workday Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for configuring, testing and maintaining Workday modules to support our employees and HR roles.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct business analysis to understand HR requirement and design Workday solutions.

· Configure and test core Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Optimization).

· Create training materials and deliver sessions to end-users.

· Provide on-going support and promote response to the HR users.

Qualifications & Skills

· Strong functional knowledge and hands-on configuration skills in multiple modules.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong client-facing communication and solution capability.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Workday Pro or official Workday certification.

· Deep understanding of Workday technologies e.g. Skills Cloud, AI Agent, PRISM etc.
