Delivery Manager (Permanent, Full Time)
Are you ready to lead and make a real impact? We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and customer orders, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service Delivery, and other teams to drive operational excellence, improve customer satisfaction, and accelerate revenue recognition. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and love turning challenges into solutions, this is the role for you!
Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location – Hull, Carr Lane, 2 days office based minimum

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage the full delivery lifecycle for customer orders and projects.
  • Develop delivery plans, schedules, and resource forecasts in collaboration with key teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Chair regular WIP calls and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics, taking proactive action to resolve issues.
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee contractor performance and ensure seamless customer installations and migrations.
  • Work with service operations to ensure smooth handover to in-life service management.
Essential
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering telecoms infrastructure or network services (fibre, fixed-line, data networks, hosted voice).
  • Strong project management and delivery skills, ideally with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • People management experience and ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of telecoms delivery processes (planning, wayleaves, permitting).
  • Industry qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification.
  • Experience using data to inform strategy and measure performance.
