Business Process and Systems Analyst

KCR are excited to be recruiting a Business Process and Systems Analyst for a growing manufacturing company based in Washington. The successful candidate will support and improve business systems, processes, reporting and technology solutions across the company. Help deliver digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled improvements, to increase efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support, maintain and develop business systems, databases and software applications.
• Create reports, dashboards and insights to support business decision-making.
• Deliver IT projects, system upgrades and integrations.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Provide user support, training and technical guidance.
• Ensure systems remain secure, reliable and compliant with company standards.

Key Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and SQL Server knowledge.
• Experience supporting business systems, databases and software applications.
• Ability to analyse requirements and deliver practical technology solutions.
• Experience with reporting, process improvement and automation.
• Understanding of AI, data governance and digital technologies.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with systems integration, reporting tools and information security.
• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a business environment.
