Senior Account Executive

About KEY ESG:

At KEY ESG, we're transforming ESG reporting with a product that has already achieved product-market fit, a strong customer base, and impressively high NRR. As we prepare to scale both our team and revenue, we're seeking a Product Designer with proven startup experience who can shape and scale our design function while driving strategic product growth.

What you'll do:

  • Build a pipeline of actionable and sizeable deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle for your pipeline of opportunities, from lead gen to close
  • Consistently managing your growing pipeline of opportunities and reporting to company leadership
  • Hit or exceed your sales targets consistently
  • Attend conferences and other relevant events to build and nurture your opportunity pipeline
  • Help craft sales presentations, webinars, content, and playbooks
  • Become a master of our product, confidently able to demo and demonstrate the value of KEY ESG's software platform to prospects

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales
  • You have sold to senior stakeholders at Financial Services and Private Equity firms
  • Target-driven and hands-on: you enjoy achieving goals and working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth, multidisciplinary environment
  • You love to help prospects discover software and work with the product team to ensure they build what the customer needs
  • High ownership mindset and a genuine interest in ESG and sustainability
  • Experience owning complex medium-large enterprise sales cycles from beginning to end
  • French, German or Spanish native speaker skills are desirable
