Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience

10–14+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite functional testing

Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.

Hands-on experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validation

Strong understanding of HRMS business processes and payroll processing cycles

Experience in defect management and regression planning

Testing & Delivery Skills

Experience working in ITIL-aligned AMS environments

Ability to manage testing under production and payroll timelines

Strong stakeholder coordination and reporting skills

Knowledge of test management tools and documentation standards
